Yacht Club
The Yacht Club is situated on a beautiful peninsula overlooking Tellico Lake. The 20,400 square-foot building includes a lounge, dining area, loft and gallery levels, and a complete kitchen.
The brick faced, three-level building has large expanses of glass facing the lake. A landscaped patio and boardwalk surround the shoreline. Guest docks are included for boaters who wish to visit the Yacht Club by water.
The Yacht and Country Club on Tellico Lake is located on Sequoyah Road off of Tellico Parkway (Hwy 444) just 8 minutes (approximately 6 miles) from Fort Loudoun and Tellico Dams.
Toqua Championship Course
The Toqua Championship Course and Clubhouse, opened in 1987, renovated in 2008, features four tees ranging from 6,910 yards to 5,230 yards. This par 72 course nestles up to Tellico Lake, which has holes 3, 14 and 15 on the lake. The clubhouse’s spacious veranda is a perfect place to replay your golf game with friends over drinks and sandwiches. Golfers may hone their skills on an adjoining driving range and practice putting green.
Tanasi Golf Course
The Tanasi Golf Course and Clubhouse, opened in 1996, also incorporates the lake into the course design. Holes 1, 17 and 18 play over water, offering some of the most scenic and challenging holes on the course. This Championship course has four sets of tees that play from 6,731 yards to 5,044 yards. Tanasi Clubhouse’s wrap around portico invites you to kick back, relax and take in the spectacular lake and golf course views. Golf games are often followed by friendly competition on Tanasi’s 18-hole practice putting green.
Kahite Golf Course
The Links at Kahite and Clubhouse, opened in the fall of 2002, and is a links course with unusual design characteristics. Kahite has scenic views of Tellico Lake and the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. It features the Village's newest driving range facility and practice putting green. Kahite’s Clubhouse, with its activity center, pool and tennis courts, have proven popular with the owners in Kahite, the Village’s newest neighborhood. There are 93 sand bunkers on the 7,100 yard links style course. The ninth hole is an 808 yard par 6.
WELLNESS CENTER
The 26,000 square-foot wellness center contains a 6 lane/25 yard indoor pool (45x75 feet), warm water therapy pool (approx 90 degrees with jets), 6,250 sq. ft. exercise room equipped with cardio-theater, 2 fitness class studios, indoor walking track, full service men’s and women’s locker rooms equipped with saunas, 2 soft court tennis courts (opening in 2008) and large parking lot (201 spaces).

Aerobics, Fit & Tone, Yoga, Stability Ball, Tai Chi, Water Exercise, and Water Walking.
CHOTA RECREATION CENTER
The 17,460 square-foot Chota Recreation Center contains a gymnasium, racquetball courts, a meeting room, an activity/card room and locker rooms equipped with saunas. Outside the facility features four lighted tennis courts, swimming pool, kiddie pool & small playground. Swimming pool is heated during the late Spring and Fall months to allow for expanded usage.
Sports equipment available for use in the facility include: badminton, racquetball and tennis racquets and balls and basketballs. Padlocks may be checked out for daily use lockers.
KAHITE ACTIVITY CENTER
The Kahite Activity Center contains two outdoor (unlighted) tennis courts, a 25’ by 50’ outdoor pool with gradual depth from 3’ - 5’, Men’s and Women’s locker room, and an activity room used for meetings, activities, and fitness classes.
